Common questions
Is WHOOP MG still supported?
WHOOP MG is still on sale, last checked 2026-11-02. Main thing to keep an eye on: does the maker keep updating accessory support? It was released on 2025-05-08 at a price we verified on the maker's own page: $359. Main functions need the maker's cloud — if their servers go down, those features stop working. The basics sit behind a subscription. The company is still in business and shipping normally. Brick-risk scores 3 out of 5, from these: Core function depends on cloud; Basics gated by subscription. This entry is backed by 4 source links plus the official product page. We found 4 third-party reviews from named outlets. Its accessory ecosystem is rated Nascent. Within Smart Rings, Bands & Health Wearables it is filed as Fitness Tracker & Band. The maker's feature list on record names hardware not sold separately - MG ships only inside the WHOOP Life membership at $359/yr (about $29.92/mo billed annually), MG-only features on the Life tier: Heart Screener with on-demand ECG, irregular heart rhythm notifications and Blood Pressure Insights, 34.7 x 24 x 10.6 mm pod with built-in ECG-ready contact pads and enhanced PPG sensor.
